Craig Hazard is the owner of QualitySpec Home Inspection and is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI), meaning that he has performed over 1,000 inspections. He is also AHIT, Infrared, Termite, Sewer Scope & Radon certified. He’s married to a Real Estate Agent and avid Marketer. He’s an Atlanta native, photographer, former Chef of 18+ years, enjoys spending time with his family, pursues a healthy lifestyle and does volunteer work in the community. He has trained each of our inspector’s on his detailed methods to give you a great experience, as well as an easy to read, yet thorough report.
