Our buyers range from first time home buyers to clients that have owned many homes. Some may be buying the property sight unseen and are relying on our inspector’s expertise and observations to convey the condition of the home. When the client is not present, we can promise you that you’ll still receive a complete and thorough inspection report as if you were there.
