What's our goal?
Our company’s goal is to put our clients at ease with an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house. We understand the real estate transaction process and provide consistent and quality inspections each time. We also adopt and follow a nationally, accepted set of inspection standards. We’re currently a member of InterNACHI.
How is our reporting different?
The responsibility of our home inspectors is to provide our clients with a complete and thorough inspection and an easy to read, computer-generated home inspection report. The report is an informational tool to assist our clients in understanding the condition of the home and any defects that will require attention to prevent further deterioration or cause safety issues. Our reports will be submitted the same day the inspection is completed and will include a clear description of our findings, including photos.
Is it a "pass or fail" test?
The inspection is not a “pass or fail” test but an information gathering process. Our home inspectors have no authority in the real estate process. Our role is entirely advisory. Our goal is to offer you the best service experience possible by providing you with a thorough and quality home inspection so that you can make the best buying decision.

We strive to provide you with a quality home inspection so typical inspections can take two to three hours at minimum, depending on the home. Our inspectors are organized, detail-oriented people who are knowledgeable and certified. We use drone and infrared technology. We offer radon testing.

Owner & Certified Master Inspector
Craig Hazard is the owner of QualitySpec Home Inspection and has a team of personally trained inspectors. He is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI), AHIT, Infrared, Radon, WDO (termite inspection), and Sewer Scope certified in evaluating safety features in a home. He has performed well over 1,000 inspections. He is WDO and radon certified.
He or his team will identify any significant potential or existing defects that might affect a buyer’s decision to purchase a home. Also, he or his team will notate immediate repairs or any mechanical or physical components that are reaching the end of their realistic life span. His goal is to provide you with a clear and accurate report on the condition of those components.

Shellena Hazard has been in Sales & Marketing for well over 20 years and enjoys helping people. She understands the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate professional and serves as the support system for every inspector, client, and Realtor partner. She strives to promote our Realtor partners, make each touchpoint efficient and ensures our company adheres to relevant regulations.
